A couple days ago Clem made a post of a prank she was doing. Joel replied and she told him I put her up to it. Whatever, I did.

But then he had the balls to say that at least she wasn't dropping knives on people and that it seemed like something I would do. Even if that's a joke, it's not fucking funny.

[Ellie's expression falters, and she smiles, sudden and bright. Touched. This is the first time Riley's said it without Ellie saying it first.]

[She knows but...she had to. Why? You know what? Fuck why. She just did. And that look on Ellie's face shows that it was exactly the right decision.]
